Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@chickeeps.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
