Refund policy

At Chic Keeps, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help. This Return Policy explains in detail how returns, refunds and damaged/incorrect items are handled for purchases made in our store

 

30-Day Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of eligible items
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
  • Items must be free from damage, wear, or other signs of use.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • For quality control and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damage/defective: final sale or clearance items, gift cards, or items marked non-refundable on the product page.

 

Damage, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chickeeps.com with your order number and photo of the item and packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

  • To request a return, please email support@chickeeps.com with your full name, order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Chic Keeps is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • When approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process/post the funds to your account.

 

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original eligible item and place a new order.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after orders have been placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
