When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard: 6 – 12 business days
Expedited: 2 - 5 business days (available only on select items)
International: 10 - 20 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping charges range from 4.00 to 8.00 US dollars.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Are any items deemed final sale?
Some items are non-returnable, including final sale or clearance items, gift cards, and products marked non-refundable on the product page, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We’re happy to help. Please email support@chickeeps.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email support@chickeeps.com with your full name, order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Not at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible original item and place a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
